Located in Carolina Forest near Kroger is a small local place called It Doesn’t Matter Bar and Grill. The food was solid, and the service was great, and overall, I really liked the Fish Sammich. Food comes on at an 8, Atmosphere 8, Value 8. It’s an overall decent stop. CHECK IT OUT!
