With 2 locations in Myrtle Beach, we tried out River Oaks Pizza in Surfside. It delivers some big flavors and a great atmosphere. The tortellini was a special that day and was excellent along with the lasagna. The only downfall is if you set at the bar, they do not bring bread or salad, which is strange. Food comes in at a 9, Atmosphere 9, Value 8.5
