Good Time Charley’s located at Broadway at the Beach is a good time when it comes to food. Great service great Happy Hour, options a lot better than even some of the online reviews which is why we do this. Black and Bleu Sliders and Buffalo Garlic Parmesan Chicken were Excellent. Will definitely be back to this establishment. Food clocks in at an 8, Atmosphere 8.5 and Value 8.0
